The body’s digestive system is comprised of both the small and large intestine.
The large intestine includes the colon, whose primary job is to soak in water and salt from any food matter that remains in the system after it already travels through the smaller intestine. Lemon – This is a citrus fruit that’s loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants. They assist in the digestion process and, when added to warm water, can aid digestion, control stomach acids and offer remedies from conditions like acidity, bloating and heartburn.
3-Juice Colon Cleaning Recipe
Ingredients
· 2 tbs. freshly squeezed lemon juice
· 1 tsp. ginger juice
· 1/2 c. lukewarm water
· 1/2 c. pure apple juice
· 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Directions
· Place all ingredients into a jug and mix. Stirring well. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.
· Drink an additional two glasses after you’ve had lunch
· Drink an additional two glasses around 6 p.m.
Five large or eight small glasses of the concoction is recommended to get the full effects of the juice.
