– 6.7 FL oz. or 200 ml of Apple Cider Vinegar
– 1 ginger root (medium-sized)
What You Need To Do:
Shred the ginger. Then, mix the shredded ginger with Apple Cider Vinegar in a bowl. Put the mixture in a glass jar, and seal it well. Keep it this way for 10 days. Don’t put it in a fridge. Shake the mixture from time to time.

Cover your head with a big towel and put your head over the mixture in the jar. You should inhale it for about 5 to 10 minutes.
